What's holding it the other side? A nut or a captive nut in the frame itself?

Is the fibreglass above part of the outer shell in sight, or can you cut out the f/g drill / heat the bolt shank then re f/g the cut back in?
How many bolts holding the body? could you remove them and raise the body slightly?

Patience and soak it daily, every day for at least a week.

Know anyone with an induction heater?
Heating/cooling should help loosen it….

Could you use a plumbers mat to protect the body while applying heat?
Heat is your friend here- there are bolts on both the Stag and MG B restos I would never have moved without it.

Heat via induction heater, I personally don't subscribe to potions. Trouble is induction heaters are still pricey, way too pricey for a keen DIYer for occasional use Plus heat and fibreglass isn't a good mix.

I not got an induction heater - to get one with any "go" in it - they are still proper money. Heat works - even welding another bolt to the bolt in question with a stick ARC MMA welder - is better and more direct than an open flame torch. WD40 works - but you gotta be patient. Getting steel bolts out of steel is not normally a failure - getting weak steel half corroded bolts out is another matter - the real pain in mixed metals - dissimilar metals is where the real hate is! Thump end of bolt with hammer - apply WD40 - come back the next day and repeat > come back the next day and repeat > come back the next day and repeat > come back the next day and repeat > come back the next day and repeat > come back the next day and repeat > come back the next day and repeat > come back the next day and repeat > come back the next day and repeat > come back the next day and repeat > come back the next day and repeat

I'm fortunate that we have one that I can borrow it's a Stanners i4 water cooled single phase unit heat placed exactly where you want it. but to be honest that is what you need.
