I looked into the Diagnose Dan new utility when he announced it just before Christmas, but the video he did was a bit long and drawn-out.....
It seems like it is one of those "helping hands at your shoulder" sort of utilities, and I couldn't see whether it provided any more raw information than you would normally be able to access via Autodata or ALLDATA. Dan seemed to be pumping it up a bit, and I was genuinely excited by the concept of a new information resource (from Denmark? I think) but I don't really need any guided assistance (plenty of that with Pico resources, etc.) - what I want is wiring diagrams!!! and fusebox/relay-box proper layouts!!!

I don't think the European aftermarket can ever provide an all in one solution I've come to the conclusion you either run numerous aftermarket solutions and hope for the best, or specialise in a few manufacturers and run with the OE info I think Autofrontal could be a good resource from what I've seen, fairly priced and with Diagnosedan involved they might get his followers to share some good info

There seem to be a lot of Texa wiring diagrams floating about at the moment.
Had a few emailed to me for light van/trucks of late - dealing with differing issues.
Where do they get them from?
----------------------------
Edit: Just Googled it - ISC5 software.

My recent experience with "On Demand" from ALLDATA was not a great one....
I don't exactly spend all my time contacting them, but I had really run out of ideas about where I was going to get a body/instruments diagram, and maybe a proper fusebox distribution or power-distribution diagram, for the Ford Ranger that I have had sitting around for a few weeks now. It's 2006, so not "ancient" but when I contacted ALLDATA in desperation, they came straight back the next day to explain that "Ford have not loaded anything onto their portal for this sort of product".
So I still have no information on the pinouts for the back of the pack!!
Needless to say, Autodata is very scant on information for this product as well; I put the reg. no. into the system, it came back immediately with the correct car, but information was limited - to say the least. Something like, "It's got four wheels, and they are round ones, and it needs servicing, sometimes".

I thought along those lines myself, but by the time I went around the circular-logic of looking-up BT-50 information through any of the portals, I had lost the will to live..... Unbelievable, but true, the BT-50 and the late B-series Mazda's are even worst-served than "Ford Ranger".
The biggest issue I find is where you have a platform like the Ranger that is primarily a US-based car, so every last bit of information is geared around the US market. In this case, the instrument pack is not like the US-based cars, and it might be like all those VW's out there that are "World Cars" but in-fact turn-out to be a separate build-spec for every factory they are made within - this Ford pack is made by Visteon in the EU, and seems to share more similarities with a Focus or Mondeo pack, rather than a USA pack.

I feel your pain!!!, oddball vehicles just aren't worth the effort sometimes!!! Does Mazda Europe even have a portal?? Why can't punters just buy the obvious best sellers in any category and make life easy on themselves?? I went to a Mitsubishi Lancer with a VAG Diesel powertrain the other day!!! Why??? (Just buy a VAG if you want a Diesel) customer thought he had got a bargain as they do 🙄 Of course it wouldn't comm to the engine ECU as either brand on our scantool EOBD only 😪😪
