Hi all, spent most of the day experimenting today. I could do with some help.. If I weld the internal angles I can't grind away without rubbing away at the angle of the box section. The one on the left I haven't welded(the internal)so I've put a touch of seam sealer in the gap.. So do I carry on like that, or invest £50 in a powerfile? Will a powerfile do the job? Chippie: I make a frame from the box section, and the inside corners if you looking at it side on are the awkward ones. Because the access is bad and the flapwheel is thick its impossible to achieve anywhere near a perfect finish. Bearing in mind the edges of the box section are rounded. I'll upload a clearer photo later

Try a grinding disc rather than a flap wheel? Maybe dress the disc to a 45 degree bevel at the end to get into the corner?
