TBH if you stock the amount they do some will have issues, most complaints are wrong part supplied, others out of stock, courier issues..... Just the same as any mail order company really.
One complains of a noise transmitted at a specific RPM (DMF?), another failed just outside the 2 year warranty period.

Don't want any earache if it goes t*ts up my ears are bad enough. PARDON.

The problem with online reviews of large companies selling distress items you'll only read negative comments, who replaces a D/S and 3 years later leaves a good review?
I'm a member of the T4 forum and the T5 forum on FB, both give good reviews of J&R shafts and stubshafts for the T5, even VWs shafts are a flawed design as most of you will know, the J&R shafts / stubshafts are 20% of the price, euro do a stubshaft with a longer spline BTW.

Ive also used them many times, quality and fitment is very good although the CV boots dont appear to be as visually durable as OE but not had any comebacks yet! I was dubious at first but not had any fitment issues so far.
Its VERY cheap i.e a complete N/S driveshaft for a Focus 2 £30 delivered..

I fitted a couple of outer cv joints and boot kits from these guys at the weekend, no problems and cheap compared to OE, only time will tell how they fair but wouldn't hesitate in using these again.
