My boy is 16 in December, he's started quizzing me about bike stuff so I can see how his mind is beginning to work. Last night he came downstairs wearing my full leathers, boots, gloves and lid So taking the hint I started looking and found this earlier today. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2016-SS50-retro-1960-s-1970s-moped-fs1e-AP50-50cc-motorcycle-/191630768257?hash=item2c9e157881Pretty cool, Chinese knock off of the old AP50! I quite fancy one myself. Then I did a Google image search and found a few nice examples that have had the old cafe racer treatment. I think he's probably got other ideas though and will be looking for an off road style, then again he knows my first bike was a DT50MX

Spent more time fixing it than riding it. It was a tad knackered mind

Garage that did the MOT have a BMW R100/7 that had some work done on it and they can't get hold of the owner, so I've got my name down for that.. I can do a Direct Access test for £500...That's 3 days training and the 4th day for both tests.. Annoying thing is the tests on their own are only £90!

BMW R100/7 won't be hard to sell that if the price is right. Quite sort after they are IIRC. They certainly are And he only wants to re-coup his costs of £400 Snatch his hand off. You'll have to apply for a V5C assuming it doesn't turn up. Cost to get one is £25 if the current keeper can give you the new keeper part of the old V5 then it is free. Or get the keeper now to hand over the V5C to the garage doing the repairs if poss.
