That's the reason the new mondeo has been delayed It's costing Ford an absolute fortune to do so I believe in the region of $750 million. Mondeo production I believe is being moved to utilise space their along with others from Genk to Valencia Spain.

Cossie claybarred and given a coat of Mirror Image. Binned the claybar (200g) it was filthy. Cossie claybarred and MoppedFound a few paint issues but it is 21 years old. Might give the ST another dose of Mirror Image (still got a fair bit left) when she stops moosing. Done it nearly two years ago just after I bought it end April 2012.

You missed a bit Autosmart Polish Sponge not dear (under £3 each with free p&p) from e-bay seller in Hanley Use it damp then apply some Mirror Image to it. One or two panels at a time or one big one ie roof don't leave it two long or it takes more effort to remove with microfibre cloth. I missed quite a lot by the looks of it when I was taking photo's.

Dropped it off at my mates place for his Auto Electrician to have a look at the electrical gremlins first thing in the morning. Something isn't right somewhere with the ABS system and I'm b*lloxed if I can find what it is. Pump works light doesn't come on when started . Could be IP strip down?

Some scrotes removed the wiring behind the IP and the ABS light bulb holder possibly to hide the real ABS problem. There not expensive to buy but I/we think it may put the ABS light on permanently or intermittantly when driven. We'll see what happens next.

Only trouble is when being driven the ABS light comes on and goes off when it feels like. Can anybody remember how to flash code read the ABS module for fault codes? Also need to find a list of what the codes mean.

A/D says no trouble codes for this model, it does give some detailed testing info though.
