Whats them 2 titles 'New members' & 'Hidden room' just underneath 'jukebox' ? Havn't noticed them before ?

So whats the trade section for, is that hidden ? Or its not hidden but is password protected, while the hidden room is actually hidden from view ? Its all too complicated for me............
