As Lee says, the window winder might be held on with a 'C' clip, turn the winder so its vertical then push the door card back, you should see a the clip then between the handle and the card. if not you may need to try and pop off the cover on the front of the handle which may hide a screw that holds it on.
looking at the door pull handle, does the cover on the top come off or maybe the bottom part of the pull handle, there will be screws hidden behind one of the covers.
The door opening lever looks easy enough and the lock latch stays where it is and the door card, once free will just lift upright over the top of it

Thanks for all the posts, very much appreciated.
Great info about the horseshoe clip and also the video.
I really don't want to take off the door card etc. so I'll give it another try tomorrow to install the window as leew explained but on first attempt it just seemed impossible to get in at the bottom.
Will report back. Cheers

Some of the older stuff are push-fit, not sure about this but a brutal sharp yank will find out.
There might be a screw under a trim cap on the winder handle, might not look like a cap but a good poke with a fine screwdriver will find out.
Similarly the big door handle will probably have 2 large screws hidden under it, look underneath for holes that allow you to lever the front off with out damage or push some locking tabs or somthing.
The door panel poppets nearly always break, somtimes damaging the panel but theres no real harm done, glue it back on with pound shop mastic or buy a few new poppers.
Theres a tool for removing poppers without damage, only about £8 these days, search for 'trim removal pliers' on ebay.
