White Foggy Smoke from Carburetor

Dear Sir,

I am new to this forum and it is my 1st post, which is associated with my car (Kia Classic 2003 Modle)


I have changed my Carburetor, after installing a new one, it shows following issues:

• Hard Start. (sometimes during start accelerator pressure goes down and when I pump accelerator, two three times then it gains energy)
  

• White Foggy Smoke from Carburetor (It doesn't happen during car running, it either happens when I switch off the ignition or when I start the car and when I pump accelerator 2 to 3 times, white foggy smoke comes out from Carbonator and cover the air filter).
  

• New Silencer becomes black after the above mentioned issue (Point 2)
  

I am very much worried about it. Can you please guide me how to resolve this issue? It will be highly appreciated.
