Forget the year but it is a 1.6 petrol engine and if I remember correctly the engine code was ALZ
Owner is complaning of the rad fan coming on at random times then staying on when the engine is switched off, sometimes for as long as 15-20 mins, one time it flattened the battery.
I scanned it and had faults for both coolant temp sensors, they both read ok on live data but I replaced both the grey one at rad and green one at the back of the engine as they were not too dear.A previous mechanic replaced the thermostat.
But the owner complains the problem is still there.I told him its normal the rad fan comes on when the climate control is switched on...pretty sure im correct at that....but don't think the rad fan should stay on that long after engine off,any idears?

Could be an A/C control module issue but have seen strange fan operation from over filling A/C systems, or it may be A/c pressure switch .

Is this the module in the engine bay, above the fan? Thought it might be a module but no faults stored and have no way to test it It only does it intermittantly
