So, just found the wiring diagram.
Wire 5 of the EGR valve is linked to all the faulty circuits. Says its blue. The blue on mine was the 12v line.

Sorted it now
Found the fuse for the oxygen heaters. It had blown.

Why did it blow?....

I grounded it to check the valve and it was working. But now the car has lost all 12v power. Only getting 3.5v everywhere. Egr, cigarette socket, other circuits in engine. c I am going to say this was the clue, grounded the wrong thing, blew the fuse then chasing in circles to track it down. |
