My manager at work has asked me would I fancy doing the clutch/flywheel set up on his mondy. I can do this on a 2 post ramp, is it a subframe off job, anything special when replacing a dmf to note? What sort of timescale to complete such a job? Thanks in advance, need to price accordingly

Best part of a day it takes me Yes subframe off, have a dmf at hand if its done some miles it's likey to need replacement. We always change the concentric slave too.
You should renew the flywheel bolts and clutch bolts
I can look u up the torq figures if you want

nah its fine mate, on the words above I'm out.
Would be doing it on a sunday most prob so 6 hours won't be enough for a first time. I had told him to get a slave and dmf, he thinks dmf is on way out.

Oh and leave steering rack in place Don't drop with subframe
Also make a note of the bottom gearbox mount bolts Don't mix the bolts as you can easily install the longer bolt during assembly , which can jam up against the rack
