Astra GTC display cluster. Help!

Hello. I have managed to smash my Astra gtc speedometer glass.. I’m not sure how or what I’m looking at to repair it..

So first question is , is it as simple as just replacing the glass ? Or does the whole cluster need replacing?

Second question is, it was working fine before it smashed.however, since smashing the speedometer isn’t working correctly. So basically if I’m driving 30, it was showing 80. I managed to play about and it dropped slightly so now if I’m driving 30 it shows 60.. is this likely just to be because of the broken glass? Or do I have a bigger issue on my hand?

Third question, is it going to effect my car to continue driving like this..

if I may. I see you have the instrument cluster programmed to show one parameter at a time (eg. speed, fuel average, speed average, etc).
