Hello I'm new to this forum and currently studying level 2 auto repair and maintenance. I'm looking at learning on scrap cars aswell in my spare time and want a software like auto data for all car specifications,... Torque settings, timing etc... but doesn't cost £50 a month. Is there anything out there anybody knows about? Thanks 👍

Can't your college help you with technical data?

Full version (with wiring diagrams) AutoData is about £1167 a year for one user.
It is expensive - but really you have very little choice.
It is nearer to £100 a month than £50.
I have tried other options over the years - but always end up going back to AutoData.

This is the best method, I wouldn't waste your time on dodgy copies of anything they have all moved to live subscription based formats If you do buy a scrap car to mess around with, you could buy 24hrs of manufacturer tech site time and print off what you need for that model For a beginner though Haynes is a good idea
