This vehicle is a 2016 (66 plate) Ford Fiesta 1242cc.
The TPMS light has come on and after checking all four tyres are ok which I have been informed they now are at the correct pressure.
I've tried to talk the owner through the reset procedure but when you press the MENU button to access the MENU for vehicle settings etc nothing happens.
This what I was going to tell them via a phone call 200 plus miles away.
Using the instrument panel in the middle, press the menu button. Press the down arrow and scroll down to Vehicle settings and press OK. Scroll down to Tyre monitoring and press OK. Now press and hold the OK button. Wait for a few seconds until you see the message ‘Tyre pressure reset‘.
Do these need to be reset with a scan tool or is there another way I don't know thanks.

If is still on Will need to put into learn mode and train sensor/check for signal Karl I don't know if it is still on as I haven't spoken to the owner since Saturday. Like I mentioned they are 200 plus miles away until this weekend coming. If I need to put into learn mode and train sensor/check for signal like you mention how do I do this thanks?

To put this to bed I popped round yesterday and sorted the TPMS issue. It was down to operator error not checking all four tyres properly. So all good TPMS light gone off after a reset.
