I had 2 cars before I could drive, back when I was 15/16. about 13 years ago. A 1989 Mk3 fiesta 1.1L in white, was a crash damaged one, and was supposed to be a project, but ended up doing work on my other car a 1985 E30 318i auto saloon, chrome bumper version. I really miss the old girl, and let her go to cheap, but she made way for 8 more BMWs over the years and a renault van....
What was your first?

Ford pop van, is the the really good looking vans with the BMW style grile, or the later ones with the little retangle grille?
Mk2 wow you don't see them much any more. Seem to get gaining the £££ at last. I remember thinking my friends GTE was pretty nippy.

BL2200 princess, but never got to drive it on the road - couldn't afford the insurance. sadly it got scrapped, and there wasn't really much wrong with it, other than 2 small patches of (non structural) rot in the front wings. it was previously my old man's car, and every time he changed the oil he sprayed the used oil liberally over the underside of it and into any cavities he could using a fridge compressor and the spray lance of an old weed sprayer. it worked really well at keeping the tinworm at bay, and then a few days later he'd just rake the gravel drive to get rid of the stains where it had dripped
1303 - again, never (legally) driven it. spent a fair bit on it getting all the welding done (and fitting a huge whale tail) then ran out of money. i still own it, and it is currently residing in a barn in herefordshire
first car that i actually drove was a D reg fiesta 1.6D, bought as a non runner for £60, ran about in it for 6 months, punted on for a profit
