We never had rear seat belts in the cars my old man drove when I were a nipper Let alone air bags Different back then but times have changed and cars have advanced a lot and got faster and some people still think they are invincible. yea we were hard ;D ;D

Astgte, you had me going there for a minute,in the end i suppose all makes of cars end up on a lowloader,it seems a sound wee car, can't fault it,lot more modern looking than the proton and those funky electric sliding doors kinda sealed the deal for her, hopefully the electrics are upto the job long term, gonna find out how much juice they use as wouldn't want to flatten the battery opening them too many times with engine off, maybe pug thought of that and built in a failsafe?

My brother in law just sold his 2007 gen 2 which was a good reliable car apart from a very cheap interior but he almost couldnt give it away, seems people are unsure of the proton name.

yeah seen those gen2 go through the market £800 for an 06 plate, makes for cheap motoring though if you not a badge snob.I was running a chevy lacetti myself just now 55 plate with only 40000 on the clock but it's resale will be low, actually not a bad car, good spec, see what i get for it.
