Another member from the old forum here, but I suppose I'd better do an intro!
I'm purely amateur and tend to work on my own cars and land rovers are my thing - not so keen on the newer ones to be fair though - as far as I'm concerned the only white ones should be the ones the gas/electricity/water board own! I also dabbled with older bimmers, having owned an old E34 as a student.

I've a bit of a weakness for tools (like most of us) and currently favour britool, beta and elora but I'm not a brand snob! Being a land rover owner I tend to use my welded, a 3/4" socket set and a mastic gun the most and have a very spotty drive

yes well thats because a few good quality poeple are better than loads of useless ones.
none of us get paid for being on here,we really do do it from the love of our heart!!!
we always felt left out of the loop on kelsey esp after baur took the magazine over and kelsey couldnt use the car mechanics logos or stuff.
with no new members allowed and only spammers joining when it was allowed it was getting to quite a few of us.
good on rhubby who actually did something about it and set this place up.
thanks to my dopey brother and his blo*dy porn watching ive lost the log in for that site so i cant log on anymore,ive got it written down somewhere when i find it ill be able to log back on.
