Hello everyone, I just wanted a little bit of help with this.
I have a 2002 Vauxhall Combo and it's slow to crank. The battery is a dud (I load tested it) so it's getting replaced. I'm going to re-check the fuel pick-up as there was none going to the filter but with such a weak crank I'm not confident that it even had enough power.
In the meantime though, the OBD won't work. My OBD is a cheap bluetooth one. It is getting power because I can connect to my OBD but it can't connect to the ECU. Does anyone have any advice?

IIRC EOBD (the unified European standard for OBD) wasn't required until around 2003 for Diesels, therefore its possible your basic OBD interface won't connect to a 2002 ECU

If it's a Diesel like the post office Van's they have an electric lift pump for fuel, the relay is in the under bonnet fusebox
