My mate used old oil for heating his workshop. Last year it was so cold, he went round the local garages buying old oil from them ;D

We sell ours to a firm called "eco oil"
They come in a new lorry and pump it out, then with the money they owe us, they charge us for the removal of filters and glycol.
So I get nothing...
But it does not cost me anything!

The plant hire place I worked at was next to a recycling centre. The boss used to bung them 20 quid to look the other way while he reversed the hiab in with 2 drums of waste oil and poured it into their tank. That stopped when he dropped one. 80 gallons of oil on the floor didn't go down well!
