Spot on, who in their right mind pays High Street prices, find yourself a friendly, local indy. They'll give you the best deal and sometimes a cuppa thrown in.

My local indy is great. Doesn't look anything great from outside, there's no waiting area or coffee/tea offered.
What he does is give a great service at sensible prices. Been going to him for a few years and have recommended loads of people to him

I'm fitting Prestivos at the moment if a customer wants a budget tyre. Them seem fine and come with an accidental damage gurantee.
