high everyone. got this to do tommrow,the ford boys were saying its a complete bolt on jobby for the rear bearing,not sure whats involved in either. anything to look out for? anyone know what pas fluid these take? thanks for any help!!!

Rear bearings are 1 piece assembly the retaining bolts should be renewed too if you can get them with the bearing ( old ones where female tx) new are male tx
Front bearings are gen2 bearing so will need correct tools to install into knuckle or you risk the bearing prematurely failing
PAS fluid can be green or red
It's 9/10 the green stuff
If you give me the vin I can look up spec

Oh and drop the subframe with the rack attached
If its got electro/hydraulic pump and reservoir it's Tucked up in the o s f wheel arch
Take the headlamp out to access

Ive got to do one on my mark 1 (rear bearing) are they like the old ones ? just pressed into the hub ? wheres the abs pick up ? please mate.

Press in and be careful with the abs ring they can be tight and easy bent , i bent one once and straightened it and it put the abs light on at low speeds !!
