My old mans car,2008,56,000mls,bodywork is good but the front and rear subframe is rusty/scabby,not corroding though but do you think this will be an issue down the line,is it worth my while protecting as much as i can or will the damage have been done,looked under an 04 plate the other day and it was the same condition albeit 4yrs older,calipers are very rusty aswell,he will probably want to keep it as runs great and never had any issues with it in the years he's had it,ta for any info

Just surface rust not affecting structure at present anyway
