Well, they came up alright in the end, sorry shoulda done before and after pics. I ended up spending too long at the cutting paste stage expecting them to look much clearer. So to anyone else thinking of having a go, this was a 14 year old car with very badly clouded lights. I'd suggest 1 or 2 passes with G3 cutting paste, then 2 or 3 passes with the kit cutting paste, at which point they'll still look fairly crap. The final polish must still be fairly abrasive though as it takes them to a pretty clear finish. Not a miracle cure but well worth it. Just dont spend hours and hours with cutting paste like this numptie did Next time try Brasso, 10 mins each one Yes i remeber you doing my 406 with brasso, came up well :-) I heard toothpaste works also, not sure if this is true though. lol
