That shouldn't have happened!
The tank although it's inside the van would/should have been externally vented..The pipes to the front end go underneath the van..
LPG when it leaks lays and spreads on the deck..
You'd smell it too!
Home made conversion I reckon :/
He was damned luckiy to walk away from that.
