Out early this morning, and noticed o/s headlight bulb gone. Definately working when driving back in early hours from North east. Mentally reminded myself to buy a bulb later and change it.
Fast forward to 15.00 and driving back from Bristol. Following a line of traffic, my lights seemed really dim. Driving close to a car in front, I noticed the n/s headlight & sidelight bulb had blown. What to do? I pulled over and got my bulb kit out which didn't have correct bulb. So I decided to risk it and drive home.
By the time I was driving passed Cardiff, it started to become quite dark, so with no lights on the front, i drove with my hazards on to alert people to the fact there was a problem. The number of people who drove alongside to inform me my hazards was incredible ;D ;D ;D
Got to Halfords and bought a bulb kit and fitted them in the carpark
