I need to replace the radiator on my 53 plate corsa c but does anyone know an easy way of removing it without taking the bumper off.

It depends which engine you have and if you have air con, but there's no need to remove the bumper, undo the plastic stud securing the air cleaner trunking on front cross member, disconnect wiring from fan switch, drain the rad & remove hoses, remove the bolts & remove the left & right hand mounting brackets from the top of rad, free the rad from its lower mounting rubbers and lift it out

I was having a look at the Haynes manual and it said to remove the bumper. How do you get the rad out from the top as there is no room with the exhaust in place.

Either take the engine out ,cut the front end off or maybe remove it from underneath
