Quiet on here today, you all out Xmas shopping?

The 4 of us here have just spent an hour tidying the garden.

Planted 50 tulip bulbs which I got from a customer. Quality ones that go on Eastbournes Seafront ;D

Got a huge bush that's come over in the bad weather and tried to take a 20 foot conifer with it, that was fun to sort out.

Just A sofa day today

Operation "tidy up the house" today. Living on my own means I have an annoying habit of leaving the job too long due to a distinct lack of anyone to whinge at me to do it.

Just got back from the Christmas booze cruise to callais. Wine rack full, couple of rum, couple of bottles of brandy, and a boot full of Christmas food ;D

Local lowlifes have pinched all the copper telephone cable outside the village so no landline or broadband till Wed earliest they say
Funny thing is most in the village know who it was (couple of undesirables in the single block of council flats we have here) and they were the ones moaning like mad in the pub that they have no internet and can't download movies. Clearly not a brain cell between them ;D

There's 6 people off this week and 8 on Friday but none next week during Christmas as someone said no...?
