Hi Everyone, just thought i'd quickly introduce myself.
My name is Sam, and I've been in the motor trade for roughly 10 years now.
I started off with an apprenticeship with Seat on the spanners and quickly after completing that I wussed out and started working for a local motor factor as a parts advisor. I moved up the ranks a little bit and then after a few years started working for Tetrosyl (Carplan, the oil company) as a rep for the motor factors and buying groups. You guys may or may not know and no offence intended but working as rep and only dealing with motor factors is quite boring (banter and fun was hard to find). So now I work for a company called Carweb, more specifically with there technical data product called E3 and dealing direct with garages (banter is now much easier to find)
I've used this site before I believe to try and find a fix for an old Hyundai Coupe i use to own but thought I'd join up and say hello, mainly to keep my ear to the ground with whats happening out there in the world and secondly to see if I can be of any help when it comes to technical data and issues.
