I was on the verge of buying a Haynes manual for our R50 mini, but then I spotted Bentley do one.
The Haynes manual for my disco is fairly good apart from the wiring, but the Haynes E34 one was crap - partly because it was E28 and E34.
Which should I go for?

Yeah the Bentley for vw's is very good not used for anything else but if that's the standard i'd go for it.

Yeah, they are yank based, which I'm not too keen on. I remember the bimmer one didn't have 518, 520 or 525D. The seem quite the in thing for Bimmers and VW. Don't think they do any Landy stuff at all - everyone seems to use the genuine manual, but I've never seen the genuine BMW/mini manual for sale.

I'll save you the money of buying a Haynes lie book
Thus job is best entrusted to your dealer
Refitting is the reverse of removal

I'll be honest, I've just picked up a Haynes one - worse still, I got it in Halfrauds! It looks fairly good actually and the Bently ones are a bit pricey. I'm not planning on doing much of my own work on this one as I regard the Land Rovers as a hobby and this as transport...
