Unless my eyes are failing me, one of them is grey, the other silver... None of them look white?! I'm not picking holes with you Nobster, just the news report.. I know your not picking holes. Seen a photo of the front of the A5 shoved in the back of a big van. I'll see if I can find it and put a link up later on. Gallery photo linkThird photo in the gallery. Similar photo's to the first link I put up but from a different angle.

If you kill someone in a motor vehicle the law isn't interested

One of my relations was killed many years ago..He was waiting to turn right(on a moped)...There were a couple of cars sat behind him waiting to move on..
A young bloke decided to overtake and didn't see Michael..Killed instantly...Worst thing, it was his Birthday and he was a twin..
The driver got a huge fine and a suspended sentence..
He overtook on double white lines!
Since the accident they changed the junction and made it an island..

The law needs changing. What's the difference between causing death by dangerous driving and pointing a gun a somebody and pulling the trigger.

Legally, the difference is intent to kill, or not. So it would (should) count as manslaughter
