Does it guarantee to pop modules or your money back? If you follow the rules, You wont spike a module. 1. Connect positive of boost pack to positive battery term 2. connect ground of pack to an engine ground (not battery this is important for lots of reasons) 3. start the stricken car and allow to idle (carry out tests) 4. after 10 mins on boost pack switch off stricken car and unhook boost pack. 5. Test suspect battery and see if it will start under its own power

Better still buy me for £40 a year and I,ll take the risks for ya ;D

Not that it matters really, all I use it for is a convenient 12v supply for phone and tablet chargers on the bunk sent from my HTC using proboards android app

You dont want sparks near the battery if any gas is hanging about 2. Battery monitors in the neg cables on newer stuff 3. makes it harder to get the wrong polarity
