ok so im in a bit of a pickle here the bottom hose was leaking on the van after the accident so they replaced it then the top hose started but they cant get one its an obsolete part apparently ive looked in to it myself nd it seams to be the truth  they have bodged a jubilee clip on to it and at the mo its holding im not a happy man anyone have any idears  surely you cant write off a van for the want of a hose !!!!  |

Tried getting the same hose from fiat (for a scudo) or pug (expert)?
Have you tried gsf, eurocarprats and ebay?

so far tried ebay citroen an euro car parts the garage claims they have tried everywhere

Can't believe that a hose is obsolete on a van that went out of production 5 years ago. Have they really tried the main dealers or just the iron mongers on the corner?

Can't believe that a hose is obsolete on a van that went out of production 5 years ago. Have they really tried the main dealers or just the iron mongers on the corner? me neither my exact van was made between 2000 and 2006 they say theyu have tried citroen but I have to and it is the truth its un available  im going to take it up with there head office though there stupidity has nackered me van after all |

They have ways of checking other dealer stock, or can ask the manufacturer to check for other dealer stock. Also, they can cross reference the part number with Peugeot & Fiat. |

Your repairer isnt trying very hard, they could even adapt a hose from another pug/cit model if they wanted to get you away !!
