hi everyone. ive priced this one up with AD,2.3 hours!!!! just a heads up really what are these like to do? fords dont stock it so i think its a common part. thanks.

Doors off,dash out, cut old pipes to remove
It's at least an all day job! No way 2.3 hours

flippen heck!!! oh well phone call to them tommorow,how the hell does AD get it so wrong!!! i knew i should have asked on here first!!! whats the deal with pipes having to be cut off?can it not be done by disconnecting? thanks for the help.

NOTE: Only for vehicles built from 10/2004 Saw through the heater core coolant lines. Slide the coolant line ends forward.
NOTE: Only for vehicles built from 10/2004 Remove the heater core coolant line ends. Pull the coolant line ends out towards the vehicle interior and discard them. Installation Details
Item 13 : Heater core
NOTE: Only for vehicles built from 10/2004 Install the heater core coolant line ends. Slide in the coolant line ends working from inside the vehicle interior.
NOTICE: Make certain that the seals of the heater core coolant lines are installed. Engage the coolant line retaining clips.

It's 3.8 to remove/install the instrument panel+crash panel
The new heater core comes with connectors to rejoin to the pipes

fancy coming down here and completing this one for me!!!! just couldnt get the new plastic clips back on!! is there a special tool or procedure to use them??? get them on fine if i leave the new rubber o rings off!!!

Spray them with silicone lube and they go together easy!
