Before I go and view a 2019 dacia sandero can someone tell me what it means on the mot advisories that the odometer is reading 2631.0. The tester marked the mileage down as 2,631 miles

How long ago was the MOT done? If the last MOT was less than twenty eight days ago you can ask the MOT centre to check the mileage. They’ll give you a replacement certificate if the mileage is wrong. If it's longer than twenty eight days you'll have to contact the DVSA to get it changed.

Maybe the tester is suspicious of the mileage, especially as the front tyres are advised as cracking also? Maybe there's other wear and tear to the car that makes him suspicious of clocking?
Your best bet is to view for yourself and discount it if you declare it to be incorrect.
A neighbour bought off cinch, FSH, less than 10K miles, parted his low mileage Peugeot (he needed an auto), the FSH meant it had never been serviced and all 4 tyres needed replacing, he rejected it but his pug had already been sold on and waited weeks for a cheque.
People order cars like pizza these days................

So this is it's second MOT since it was new or registered? If so: www.gov.uk/check-mot-historyWhat was the mileage last year? It's not the mot testers job to doubt the mileage, test as presented. Also do an HPI check. Tyres perish with age, not just mileage.

Also do an HPI check. Tyres perish with age, not just mileage. I found the car easy enough First MOT had the comments for mileage and tyres (3 years old). I've seen Motability cars with similar mileage at auction where the condition of interior / body didn't reflect the mileage with average use, paintwork damaged by wheelchair / crutch damage, ripped / huge stains on all seats etc The above sounds a bit accusing / nasty (that's not my intention), but I'm just stating what I've seen and suspect the tester remarked on what he saw at the time - I've looked at a lot of MOT history via the "vehicle Smart" app and have never seen a quote like that so I expect the tester noted it as exceptional as presented?
