My sister has a 2016 Transit Custom with an alarm which likes to go off randomly at night. ForScan has indicated that its the bonnet switch causing this, and for now we've bypassed said switch as it seems to be part of the latch assembly www.transitcenter.uk/front-bonnet-lock-ford-transit-2014-custom-p-5146.htmlThe latch itself works fine, and the key locks etc are OK. Can anyone confirm if they're an OK job to change? And is it only the two 10mm bolts in the engine bay that hold it in, or is it also bolted to the grille?

It's an easy enough job on the Focus, so I cannot imagine the Transit would be different.

Sorted. Is it just the two mounting bolts holding it in?

Managed to find a video on YT that showed the job, and as you say Val its nice and straightforward with just the two bolts holding it in.
