Seems an odd thing to have to do! Most boats are built alongside a waterway, or on the coastline. There's a reason for that.
Not wanting to pour scorn on these people, but why on this earth would you have a £2m vessel being work-on in landlocked Northamptonshire? It's not like there's a shortage of boat-builders around the UK coastline, all looking for work?

Yes, those big motor yachts are a liability when it comes to berthing/storage, even on the River Oundle?
