I'm thinking this outfit works on a "just in time" type setup. They order a car and then immediately deliver it to its owner, meaning they have no stock to offer you a "swap" from.
Secondly, as far as I know your contract is between you and who you paid the money to for this new car. I'd keep chasing them and I'd research the relevant consumer laws and/or talk to citizen's advice regarding the matter. From what I gather SEAT didn't sell you the car, and can only be held liable for manufacturing defects so you'd have to prove they build the car wrongly to claim against them.

Which model? some these have 15" steel wheels and balloon tyres? What was your previous car? Sporty with low profiles? Selectable E-PAS or speed related standard? I will get back to you on this as I don't know off the top of my head my previous car was Chevrolet with 17 inch low profiles. They were straight forward questions, I’m beginning to side with the vendors........

I have only had the car a few days and can't remember the exact model or wheel size off the top of my head, the documentation is the in the glove compartment and I was going to get it later to answer you ...... its a seat Toledo 1.6 2017 plate is where my knowledge ends off the top of my head.

How do you know you saved money if you don’t know which model you’ve bought? And what year / model Chevrolet? I recommend the next time you purchase a car you take someone knowledgable with you.

From what I gather SEAT didn't sell you the car, and can only be held liable for manufacturing defects so you'd have to prove they build the car wrongly to claim against them. Well after a few phones calls with the salesman and his manager that was exactly what i left them with to figure out, whether the car was given to them with the alignment issue straight from manufacturing or if it was knocked out in transit from them to me. When i rang today to see what they had investigated they were adamant that it never happened while they had the car but would not straight out say it must have been an issue from where it was manufactured. But as the salesman pointed out it is very hard to knock the alignment out when driving it and hitting bumps etc and there is no damage to tyres or hubcap it may point to it being straight out of manufacturing off, this would also clear me I would imagine as I had the car for one night before notifying them of the issue and probably done 5/6 miles max on the drive to test it. The problem I have is the salesman has almost convinced me that I'm being nitpicky over such a small issue, but don't feel comfortable driving it and it meant to be brand new, should i not be a little concerned as to why it was off and why they can't get it completly bang on first time?. The 3rd party that sold me the car do not hold any cars where they sell from and i got the car on purchase hire so there is finance involved who have also offered to help me if i got nowhere with the 3rd party that sold me the car so it might be worth going down that route ? or straight to citizens advice?.

This sounds like a very complicated situation, so I'd get on to a citizen's advice bureau or someone else qualified to give advice, not a public forum.

Lol, I asked what car you were comparing the Toledo too, your reply Chevrolet, with no mention of model or year........ You’re beyond help if you can’t answer simple questions like what are you comparing your new car too and what spec of car have you bought! Simple enough I think?

Are you the first registered owner of this 17 plate car? If you buy a pre-registered car you’re in effect its second owner which can affect the car’s value when you come to sell it.

I suggest you deal with Seat direct as it's brand new and cut out the middleman.
Failing that go and have a whinge on the Moneysupermarket forum..You'll fit right in.
