My Corrado has been SORN since July, MOT runs out 22 April, can I drive to a prebooked MOT without road tax? Car insurance is due 28th March so it would be good to renew the MOT before the insurance expires as I'm not sure if I'm going to use the car in the near future.
TIA

If your vehicle doesn't have an MOT you can drive it to or from a pre-arranged MOT or to or from a pre-arranged appointment to have defects remedied that were discovered on a previous test. You can drive your vehicle on a road without road tax in these circumstances.
Below isn't applicable to you Digger as you state Corrado has Insurance.
Make sure you have insurance for the car before driving to and from a pre-booked MOT station.

The mot is valid (one month left), as is insurance, no tax tho.
Can I precook and drive it legally to an mot station?

I'm not going to run it for a while but would like it motd ready for when I do, it's a pain to tax and then sorn again in the 28th as insurance is due then and I'm not renewing straight away
