Hi guys...the interior mirror on my daughters KA keeps falling off, I have been using those little sticky pads to reattach....but the mirror falls off again within a few weeks, I have cleaned and degreased the screen and the mirror....any tips guys. P.S. have they got to be attched in this manor for the MOT...I could do it with self tappers into a metal section? ? Nick.

Those sticky pads are a waste of time at this time of year. Only ever found them succesful in summer times when they can bake in the sun.
I use Loctite mirror bonder (there are other equivalents), its a pain to use, but does work if follow instructions correctly

You only need 2 mirrors for mot Offside is mandatory But can have both outers and no centre Or centre but no nearside

Usr a mirror bonder kit. They come with a runny stuff you apply to the screen, a mesh pad that you trim to size and put on the screen ontop of the runny stuff, then press the mirror against it for 30 seconds or so.
The mesh contains the activator for the glue.
I've used this stuff on several cars with total success. Never needed to redo one

This stuff (other brands are available, but use one with the mesh)

DON'T use superglue on windscreens....It can and will weaken and crack.

If the car is getting or staying damp inside then as you have found out these pads don't last long. What I have done in the past with success is carefully warm up the spot on the screen with a hairdryer...

Are you getting the sticky pads form the dealer or universal ones from a general car parts shop?
I had this years ago on a Ford, I kept buying sticky pads. Then eventually was in a main dealer and I asked about it, they sold me a genuine stick pad for about 50p and it worked perfectly. The universal ones were foam the genuine one was micro thin.
