When I miss a long thread I tend to wait until I have time to read it from the start! No worries glad you like the motor. Me and the Mrs had words over the Cossie. Her in doors....... "Well are you going to see if you can sell it for a good price" Me................. "Yes if you want a Divorce" Her in doors............... It creeks a lot more than the Mondeo does. Me................ It's to do with it's age like when people get older they creek and bodywork and engine can struggle a bit. Her in doors................. Are you saying I'm old? Me .............. I didn't say that stop twisting words. It went down like a lead balloon.

Insurance photo's taken earlier. I've only sent about half of them. Trying to organise with my mate to get it on his 4 poster so I photo the underside. You'll have to wait Nobby I'm busy as bollox. Saturday or Sunday morning ok then. I don't work ruddy Sundays.

Looking very tasty indeed. I love how except for the bonnet vents, rear spoiler and what these days would be quite a mild bodykit it looks like the Sierras I remember as a kid (But without rust and blue CVH smoke)

Ringgggg, ringggg,
Nobster : "Hello!"
Insurance company : "Can I speak with Mr. Nobby"
Nobster : "The very same...!"
Insurance : "Thanks for the lovely shots of your car. We especially liked the ones from underneath, the floor looks great, the finish is really nice, exhaust looks a bit 'modifiied' but we'll let that one go"
Nobster : "Thanks, I polished the whole lot up whilst it was on the ramps the other day!"
Insurance : "There's just a little problem with the photos - the image has got a bit blurred and out of focus around the sills, it makes it look like their made of tissue paper"
Nobster : "Sod off, it's a Ford, they left the factory like that......"

Your not wrong with the tissue paper sills on all Fords. The sills on the Cossie are a weather trap for moisture and muck if you don't keep on top of them. They have just been repaired and painted (both sides) due to corrosion inner and outer sills. Mind you it is twenty three years old after all. It's been waxolyed in all cavaties and undersealed which should help it for a while.
