They might be expensive, but this is one reason why I like them. I have never once felt the need to fault their customer service, and contact to/from Pico is quick and efficient, as well as quite personal. They're a clever bunch, and even on the front-desks, they know what they are talking-about. One of the UK's better businesses, that's for sure!

It came back no fault found yesterday, the box felt quite heavy for what was in it Opened it up & they’ve put a new condom cover on it (I took mine off to send it away) a new usb lead & a full new set of colour coded bnc leads. No charge whatsoever, not even for return carriage. Extremely impressed with the service to say the least

Not had chance to try it yet, 1 guy off last week, another this short week, end of month & long bank holiday means insane workload, have brought it home to try it tomorrow hopefully if I can dodge digging a pond out 😂
