I've noticed a lot of things since getting older......cold, as you say, memory not as sharp, my arthritis is getting worse....I have trouble holding things in my right hand.....the list goes on.... My doctor used to say' your body is like a car engine, parts start to wear out....' Hope I dont need a rebore....or have a knocking big end....😂 You forgot to mention water leaks... Not being able to sleep thru the night without getting up for a wee - it is always 4am for me. Soon get back to sleep thou!

As Noberator says, technique. My young pair of helping-hands is always amazed by how strong I am, but I try to show him that and use what muscles you still have (not many.....) to best effect. One example is keeping opposing spanners, for example steering tie-rod locknuts, close together and aligned to allow you to just squeeze them closed to break a joint. HH couldn't undo one of the locknuts a few weeks back on the Doblo steering tie-rods, he struggled for 10minutes before giving-up, then I came along and did the job with one hand..... It's not big, but it's clever...... Can you feel the force. Can you feel it?Watch.
