I can’t see one at the rear of the head, it does have a radiator one & the sensor in the coolant housing above the bell housing, the “sensor” in the stat housing is listed as a thermostat solenoid. The Vauxhall’s parts department assure me there is only the 2 sensors, but this -40 reading is coming from somewhere Steve, have you access to AD? Attachment Deleted

Yes, there’s only 2 that I can see on the diagram as well

Yes, there’s only 2 that I can see on the diagram as well If you disconnect the sensor and make sure you have 5v and ground at the terminals Then set up your scan tool to display coolant temp at the ECM/HVAC Then ground the 5v terminal with a test light (incandescent) the temp should change proving the wiring and confirming you are looking at the correct sensor

Does the aircon pressure sensor have a built in temp sensor too? Unplug it?
