Heya folks, sorry for delay on an update. A friend of mineas who works in our local vw dealership offered to have a look at the a4. After a few days with it he reckoned the fault was in the vanes in turbo or the ecu. We removed both the dpf and turbo. The turbo didnt have any excessive carbon build up. I sent the dpf to a company that cleans them. Upon inspection and testing the dpf there flow readings suggested it was 75% blocked. They cleaned it out and the readings were a lot better. Once we refitted all and drove the car it seemed a lot livlier and it done a regen on itself 2 days after being built up. All was good till tonight and the dreaded light is back on. Only showing 1 code now which is P0237, manifold pressure/ boost sensor. Signal too low. So back to the drawing board again lol. Try some of this; wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/16621/P0237/000567

gregg I'm facing an almost identical situation with my A4 b8 2014. I was wondering if you found the root cause of your issue?
