I always read the magazine when i was a kid and my dad used to buy it, never bothered after i started work.
Bought a copy last year whilst on holiday in Cornwall, and to be honest, was surprised it was still going. Carried on buying it for the 'In depth daignostics' series they've run, which has been interesting if a little light weight.

I used to subscribe but the mag was always late, sometimes by several weeks. (it's not that far from England to Ireland). So I gave up the subscription and now I buy it in the local shop.
I can't remember how long I've been reading it, I probably started in the 1980s.

I'd been buying em for a few months, but when the Next Issue section promised a review of head torches and a feature on gearboxes I figured I could probably live without knowing about em :-D But the Mrs got me a subscription for Xmas so I guess that's another 12 issues of eminently useful information to look forward to!

Have really enjoyed this months magazine. Good article on DMF's. I'm sure to wreck mine as I always use the low down torque in my car and van

I bought it every month many years ago, used to buy lots of newspapers, magazines and books back then, internet wasn't what it is now.
I used to enjoy the project car features, a bit of body work, a bit of mechanical, a bit of valeting.
In more recent times I probably buy it once every few years if at all. Have to admit there was a few lines written on certain occasions that undermined the full content for me and I lost all interest. When there is choice, people make choices, internet gives what you need when you need it.
