Good day yesterday at the Auctions with Digger. It wasn't half busy early on. Quietened down later on. A few nice examples and a few that weren't what they seem so it's always better to view if your considering bidding on anything as you could end up getting your finger burnt. There's a brief statement on their site and a few prices (the full list of prices will be up later this week. That Polo G40 made £10,500! Mental!

That 4x4 Cossie was filthy and still fetched low end of the estimate plus fees it's about £22k. That 1959 Bentley S1 was a lot of motor for the money IMO. Can't remember what it fetched but IIRC it was below bottom estimate?

It may well have done, the seller sets the reserve and obviously wanted more?

It may well have done, the seller sets the reserve and obviously wanted more? I was under the impression it was sold as the Auctioneer didn't say "Provisional". It did smell musty when I stuck my head inside.

H and H at Donnington next month I haven't been to that one. You can enter on the day, but I'd suggest an early entry to give more exposure to potential buyers via their website.
