See wheelnuts post above. Get that checked out then take it from there. As the saying goes "test, don't guess"

Thanks for the advice everyone, I've cancelled the diagnostics at the garage saying they can tell me whats wrong in 20 mins - would you recommend find a reputable garage and leave it with them for the day or shall I clear the codes myself and see if they return? My Advice would be to stop using this Biodiesel stuff and use proper diesel.

Thanks for the reply everyone. So far the car has been okay, all seems to be running normally again (touch wood) and ive been filling it up with regular diesel , I haven't had chance to get it into a garage just yet due to work/travelling etc. Today I checked under the bonnet and noticed the engine was still very warm an hour after I had driven the car and noticed residue in places its not been before, doesnt really smell of anything but im guessing its oil? Ive attached a picture and circled the parts... Also i there seems to be a patch of oil/diesel underneath my parking spot now which im guessing is from my car, its under where the fuel cap/back seat is yet i cant see anything when i look underneath the car. I understand its hard to diagnose without seeing and i need to get it into a garage asap, just thought id ask - nice one! Attachment Deleted

You'll need to remove the plastic covers
Doesn't look to bad to me , and these do like to leak a little oil
You also don't say the year/miles
Best to clean and residue and reassess
